Returns
Any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
No refunds will be issued without prior authorization of your return.
Your return must be in the same condition as you received it - unwashed, free of odors, pet hair, dirt, etc.- with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Please understand that we will only issue a refund if the item is returned in a resellable condition.
Changes/Cancellations
After your order has been processed, any changes will be subject to our ability to complete your request. You have 24 hours to cancel the order before any fees are charged to Black Mountain Quilts. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may be imposed if the order has been processed.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge 6.75% sales tax on all orders, including the shipping amount, within the state of North Carolina.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 to the lower 48 states only. This shipping offer only applies to standard UPS ground rate to physical addresses or USPS rate to PO boxes. Please contact us for additional shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
